The Aphrodisiac Effect of Food
You can only find out if aphrodisiac foods have any effect whatsoever if you experiment with them. A good place to start, though, is from the writings of the ancients and the lists of the foods they deemed as being aphrodisiac. You may want to start with the ones that are packed with nutrition, for example, B vitamins, enzymes, phytochemicals and other nutrients. That way you can have good nutrition as well as find out whether these actually do work to enhance the libido. The ones with the high potassium content gives you a large amount of energy which assists with your general health as well as your sexual drive in the end. For the male libido, the bromeliad enzyme, is especially a good content. The reason why you would want to experiment is that not all of the foods will have the same effect on everyone and that is the reason for experimenting with the different foods.
