My Plan to Get More Motivated

My friend and I are signing up for the Rushcutters Bay bootcamp because we both have felt in a rut lately. I used to go to the gym regularly, but I’ve gotten lazy. My best friend is also feeling that she needs to fight her low energy. Her boyfriend broke up with her last month and this has made her very isolated. She used to do cardio exercises but has slacked off since her relationship ended. The bootcamp will not only get us in shape, but we’ll also get a chance to meet new people. I also am hoping to change my eating habits because I’ve been getting fast food too often on weekends and after work.
